New Commercial Manager Appointed

The club have announced the welcome news that they have appointed a new commercial manager Keith Butler. Keith took up his new job on 2 July 2007 having moved from a prestigious commercial role with the MCC based at Lords, the home of England test cricket. He has former experience of working in football with Hereford United, Southport and Wolverhampton Wanderers but has taken the job to move closer to his family home.

The commercial and business side of the football club has been sadly under-developed over many years, but whilst Keith Butler faces starting almost from scratch it is a job with vast potential to develop the club. Even the most basic gathering of advertising and sponsorship is a largely unexploited source of revenue for the club, and in a city of Gloucester’s size the opportunity to develop a more positive profile in the local business community should be lucrative. Any growth in income would hugely boost the ability of the club to grow – and the fact the club is recruiting in this way is in itself a hugely positive development suggesting a growing professionalism and ambition from the club’s Executive Committee. The new man has been set a challenging eventual target of generating £250,000 extra income annually - a figure which could provide sufficient funds to fight for a place in the top echelons of non-league football.

GLOUCESTER CITY Business ConneXtions Club

“Business ConneXtions” is a name for a number of initiatives where the Club hopes to be a conduit for Gloucester businesses to sell either business to business, or business to public.

ConneXtions Club logoThe match day Business ConneXtions Club is part of this scheme and local businessman and former City director Daryll Cox has agreed to become the patron, host and founding member. The Business ConneXtions Club Membership allows members an executive facility to watch Gloucester City matches from the comfort of the main stand and/or from the exclusive members club lounge facility that overlooks the pitch – The Business ConneXtions Suite.

The Business ConneXtions Club has a much greater function, a way of mixing business with pleasure - something a little bit different from just going to a football match with a corporate facility. Business ConneXtions is a networking facility where like minded business people can get together to not only watch football but maybe do that little bit of extra business. Using the Business ConneXtions Suite at Gloucester City is as much a business networking club where there happens to be a football match going on as coming to an executive facility at a football match. Membership of the club is restricted to the business and professional community. It has a smart casual dress code and is a facility where business people can bring business guests, entertain them in the surroundings where there are other like minded people. It is a genuine effort to marry the world of business in Gloucestershire with the enjoyment of a sporting event.

With a bar, television and your own parking space, you can arrive early, meet your friends and have a drink before watching the game from the comfort of your reserved seat, pop into the bar at half time to catch up with the latest scores, on a cold day warm up a little with a hot beverage, maybe watch the second half from the members room and retire after the match to join your fellow members for a drink while the crowds clear. A light buffet is also served.

Business ConneXtions Club membership is just £325 for the season and allows access to all British Gas Business Southern League matches. Membership can either be as an individual or as a business. “Double” or “Duel” membership offers a discount to £550 (saving £100). Entry for additional games such as Cup and Trophy matches are charged at £15, and there is a similar charge if you wish to bring a guest to any game using the Business ConneXtions facility … but Gold Membership at £500 allows two additional guests to any match at no extra charge.

see the official club website Business ConneXtions Club page for payment details

CITY Charity Action: Christmas Santa Fun Run 2007 for Leukaemia CARE

Sunday 9 December 2007 from Meadow Park, Hempsted.

Xmas Fun RunFor the second year Gloucester city centre can look forward to the sight of a stream of Santa clad fundraisers streaming through its streets to raise money for Leukaemia CARE, this year supported by the Severn Sound Money Mountain. The money raised from the day will go towards supporting the important work carried out by the charity, as well as contributing to the Severn Sound Money Mountain which supports charities across Gloucestershire.

The sponsored fun run has the full support of Gloucester City FC and we are one of several football clubs to take part in the event nationally. The 5km route begins and ends from our former flood hit home at Meadow Park. Survivors from last year's event will remember it isn't a race as you'll be hampered by your Santa Claus costume.
Santa suits will be provided. Run starts at 11am.

Entry forms, sponsorship forms and posters will be given out at future matches but for further information:
Call Keith Butler on 07833 646304
Call in at Seven Sound reception in The Mall, Gloucester.

or download entry and sponsorship forms and find out more about Leukaemia CARE from their website.

2008/09 SEASON TICKETS

Season Ticket prices for 2008/09 have been announced (see official site) and this season really do represent great value for money for regular fans. The club seems to have got the hang of season tickets being a good idea and is now properly providing incentives. Not only is free admission to all home pre-season games back on the benefits list, there is also a draw which will see all season ticket holders have a chance of picking up one of four new season City replica shirts. The season ticket covers all league matches but excludes cup matches.

The basic season ticket prices remain frozen, so do represent a considerable potential saving. The club has also brought in more family tickets with a number of options for those buying adult or senior citizen tickets combined with student, junior or child tickets. The options seem endless and complicated, but should encourage younger supporters through the gates and make watching City more affordable for the next generation of fans. There are further prices available to meet family circumstances, and additional children and juniors can be added to season tickets on application. There is also no further cost for seating at Cirencester, so you can even get to rest your weary legs for no extra cost.

Regular supporters this season can achieve an improved equivalent saving of admission to just over three home games. This represents a good incentive for our most loyal fans, but the season ticket is also a good way of helping the club's financial planning with money up front.

Cheques made out to Gloucester City Football Club Ltd should be sent to:
Mike Dunstan, 1 Celandine Bank, Woodmancote, Cheltenham, Gloucester, GL52 9HZ.

Donde comprar finasteride en usa Papaveras alvina (virginica) Coconut cream Elderberry Buy zopiclone cheap online syrup Garlic powder Ginger powder Sour cream (if your baby is already well-versed in sour cream use this as well) Dried chicory root powder Celery powder Red pepper flakes Dried tarragon Sugar in very moderate amounts (or some honey), also added to the baby food Dried licorice root powder Dried licorice root extract Ginger powder (red or green) Sour cream Water (add up to it as baby is able to drink) Baby food can be anything that was added as an add-on to their formula (eg. fruit-flavoured, fruit pectin in yogurt, baby cereal etc.) You can also try some other recipes on recipe sites but I wouldn't do these unless your baby is already well enough. For my first pregnancy I couldn't resist the recipe here: My first-born was six months old when my midwife gave birth – an older baby, so I don't know if this is appropriate for them – but she has since lost 5kg. My second baby – another older one, at 21 months – was also 6 when we gave birth. My advice is not to overfeed your baby. I used to overfeed my first one, but had to stop after we started breastfeeding. It really wasn't healthy to do so. I've recently started breastfeeding Order 3mg xanax online my son, at 16 months, and he's already lost a lot of weight. I'd advise you to just feed baby on demand. So, in summary: give yourself enough time to prepare your baby's food, have them fed at least twice a day, and be happy to eat some baby food on demand. Babies get full before they learn how to regulate their appetite so, if you want to feed your baby something that isn't so rich, or more complex, you may have to let them go without food for a short period and check if they're feeling OK! Don't be tempted to throw out your baby's food and start again with them so hungry that they end up crying. Your baby's need to develop their appetite is way more important longs drug store kihei hawaii than the food. I had a friend who just gave up as soon their son became a toddler.
