Gloucester City's youth team features
players up to the age of 18. The side plays in the Southern Division of
the Midlands Floodlit Youth League
and has had a great deal of success since first entering the competition
in 1992. The MFYL Southern Division title was won in 1998/99, 2000/01
and most recently in 2005/6. Last season's side had a great deal to live
up to as 2005-06 was the most succesful ever for a City under-18s side,
not only winning the league title but also capturing the Gloucestershire
FA Youth Shield, reaching the final of the MFYL League Cup and progressing
to the competition proper of the FA Youth Cup. Financial limitations currently
prevent extra travelling so the club opted not to take promotion to the
Premier Division, but with key players from the title winning side moving
on having passed the 18 years-old age limit last season saw a period of
rebuilding and learning. With much of last season's side still with the
City Youth set-up further progrerss is expected in the coming campaign
with the players older, stronger and more experienced.
The youth team also has a strong record of producing players who go on
to play for the Gloucester City first team. The 2006 season's youth skipper
Jamie Reid and left-back Michael
Noakes are both now in the City first team squad while other recent
graduates include Tom Webb who is now
a regular first team selections. Both Lyndon
Tomkins and Jody Bevan also started
their careers with the Tigers youngsters before joining the City first
team from Cinderford Town. Neil Griffiths
and Lee Smith have both played hundreds
of City first team games before moving on to other local clubs, in Smith's
case for a decent transfer fee that shows there is also a financial benefit
to bringing young players through the ranks, a benefit even greater now
Smith has returned to the City fold! Of the current crop of youth players
both defender Ben Ashford and midfielder
Sam Ellis have already featured in
the first team squad.
The current youth team boss is former City striker Kenny Blackburn (left)
who maintains the close link with the first team where he
also helps with coaching.
After the flooding of July 2007 the Youth Team currently play home games
at Hartpury College (normally on Monday evenings) and are always grateful
for support with matches often great entertainment as well as providing
a glimpse of our future stars. The youth team receives financial support
equivalent to £50 a week from Gloucester City
Supporter's Trust and is sponsored by Severn Signs, but they are
still urgently seeking further sponsorship to cover kit and travel costs.
The budding football stars of the future now have an opportunity to test
themselves in a higher standard of football in Gloucester City colours
as the club has joined a new junior league providing a range of competitions
for under 16s.
The Midland Junior Premier League bridges the gap between professional
club acadamies and local junior sides and hopes to attract new grant funding
and sponsorship. All clubs have to meet standards of coaching with medical
and welfare provision for their young players. More than 20 clubs signed
up to the new league with Hereford, Worcester, Cirencester, Tamworth and
Cinderford amongst those likely to play City’s under 16 side next
season. It is hoped the new teams will generate a regular flow of quality
into the City youth side and on into the first team squad.
As a result Gloucester City are now developing further junior sides to
play at this senior level of competition, ensuring players get a chance
to develop in our style of football from a young age. Over the last couple
of seasons this area of the club has grown spectacularly with teams now
operating successfully at each age group from under-12s through to under-16s.
All age groups are coached to a highly qualified level, with recent recruits
to the operation including former Southampton star Shayne Bradley (u-12s)
and local footballing hero Kevin Willetts (u-15s) who enjoyed a career
at Wolverhampton Wanderers, Kidderminster Harriers and Ch#!tenham Town
as well as City before taking up youth coaching.
Those interested in finding out more or taking part should initially contact
City's Youth Football co-ordinator
David Miller.
The teams are about enjoyment and development, but of course silverware
and glory is also welcome! The boys have recently won:
Junior Premier League Under 12 Champions 2005 /06
Junior Premier League Under 12 Amros League Cup winners 2006 /07
The boys are keen for support and play their football on Saturday mornings and lunchtimes, often at Plock Court or Gloucester City Cricket club venues.

Pentacol compresse 800 +% increase in the total amount of bodybuilding.com forum members, making the forums much more visible than it was. With the popularity of forum, it's not hard to see why some of my friends have been interested in trying it out. Many have seen its amazing results and believe it to be the greatest method yet created by a bodybuilder. To show how beneficial this method is, I'm sharing my experience so you can understand what's really happening on the inside when you're performing your next powerlifting. Here are some pictures and a description of how I got started using PDC. My goal was to get 400 in two months of PDC, which we'll get to in a moment. How to PDC If you're like me, there was one thing about PDC that didn't make much sense to you at first – or, possibly worse you were afraid to try it due your past struggles with bodybuilding. Well, if the reason you can't get to 400 Diazepam for sale uk only in two months is because you can't squat or deadlift the way you want, then don't give up. In this article, I'll discuss why there is such a high demand for this method, and then show you how to get started. I'll also provide some guidelines to the type of training you need to do for PDC. How do I PDC? Since this article was written, many of you have asked how to do PDC. Here are my top four tips: Squat at approximately your 1RM. It's canada drug pharmacy possible that after you first month have the perfect 1RM on your main lift – but in that scenario, you shouldn't feel like it's a failure to squat that weight. It's just a sign that you need to go heavy. Don't waste time by squatting the wrong weight too regularly to start. If you can squat 400 without much pain, then the pain will go away quickly. Don't squat every 3-5 days. Some people may experience soreness from every session of squats and deadlifts, whereas for others it will stop. If you can train at a frequency that avoids soreness, then it'll be less painful to squat and deadlift every 7-14 days. The best frequency I've found for this is 6 days per week, with either a heavy session and light on off. For example: Monday – Squat Monday: Squat, Back Lateral Dumbbell Row Monday – Power Clean Monday: Squat, Overhead press, Military press Monday – Power Jerk Tuesday Push-Press/Pull-Up Wednesday – Squat Wednesday: Thursday Leg-Press Saturday – Off Monday Back squat, Lateral Dumbbell Row Tuesday – Push-Press/Pull-Up Wednesday Power Jerk Friday – Bench, Press, Military press Saturday – Off What should be done for my PDC goals and progressions? If you're using the guidelines above, then everything you are using to progress should be applied your PDC. It's easy to miss that fact when you're just trying it out. So here's a couple examples of how to implement some this stuff. Squat at approximately your 1RM. Once you've determined that you can get your 1RM, go to the gym and try it with your weights, and see how much progress you can make. If squat over 400 without much of a pain point, then your 1RM should be 400 – or close to it if you're still a little sore. Try for your 1RM on any major upper body movement (squatting, bench press, deadlift, etc.) and see how you can make that move harder for a week then return to where you were. might be sore or not, but it should feel a little better – and this should increase your progress. is also the best way to be sure that you're using the correct method for your body and goal goal. If you don't want to put pressure on yourself with this test, then you might be able to squat 400, but still need to work on your back squat in order to develop the strength required. Do main lifts 3, maybe 4 days per week. Every other day. I'm not saying do them only 4 days out of the week either, you want to do it as frequently your schedule allows, but not as many days it hurts your knees, wrists, back, legs, etc. to train one day a week. Keep your rest days to as short possible too, especially for your main lifts. The longer you rest, easier it is to hurt yourself. If you get sore from one day a week doing set of 10, I'll bet you get sore from every day when you do it. Use the 3 days a week as.

Finasteride us pharmacy can no longer be assured of supply. In the most optimistic scenario, there should be no shortage of all-trans-dermatan-1-alpha, a generic hormone replacement drug that has helped millions of patients manage their buy adipex online now hair loss. But a shortage for the most effective drug, finasteride, is not impossible given its history of use since the early 1970s, with approval on the Food and Drug Administration's emergency order last week of a three-drug combination that has been shown to reduce facial androgen levels in men. As the drug's approval drew more attention and controversy, it became increasingly clear that finasteride is likely to be an expensive issue for companies that manufacture it to solve. "There is such a small amount of the active metabolite in body that if there are even few patients with this drug in the market, is going to be underpriced," said Peter Cimberti, a professor of pharmaceuticals at the University Pennsylvania. "It can't just be made with existing technology." Finasteride is a derivative of the amino acid 5,5 alpha-reductase, a protein that makes the hormone testosterone. In men whose prostate gland secretes too much testosterone, this protein is disrupted, leading to elevated levels of the male hormone. Men who are surgically removed from the prostate produce too much testosterone, leading to premature aging and male pattern baldness. But in some men with naturally low levels, finasteride does not fully inhibit their body's release of testosterone. Advertisement Continue reading the main story In 2003, the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality reported that about 10 percent of men taking finasteride canada drug pharmacy free shipping code experienced moderate to severe clinical signs of impotence after starting therapy, and up to 30 percent reported side effects. The drugs in combination work differently: finasteride blocks the enzyme that converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, a form that is excreted in urine and the prostate gland that can have less potent side effects. It also blocks an enzyme that prevents the formation of hormone dihydrotestosterone. This combination, called DHT-AR2 or DHT-AR4, can reduce both total and free testosterone levels. The effects of these drugs alone are not as immediate the effects of finasteride, but they are comparable, Dr. Kavita said. For patients on finasteride, who do not want to use DHT in combination, the treatment is available in a number of forms. FDA approval of the combination finasteride and dutasteride (an antiandrogen) was approved, under the label of DHT-AR2, in April as Propecia by Pfizer, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Finasteride was approved as Propecia by Johnson & last year after studies showed positive effects and safety with use in patients early-stage prostate cancers. 1st Team Players
